Cannot open Dashboard
-
Since the new Editor interphase appeared I cannot open my sites dashboard. I click on ‘Dashboard’ and nothing happens. I click on the button that tantalisingly says to revert back to ‘Just switch to classic mode’ and nothing happens.
Anyone else have this problem?

Hi there! Sorry to hear about this. When you click on the dashboard link, does the page begin to load, but only a blank page appears?
My guess is a corrupted browser cache may be the culprit here. Can you please try clearing it by reading through these instructions?
Afterwards, please access your admin panel and see if it begins to load normally.
As a further step, can you try logging into your WordPress.com account on a different browser such as Chrome or Safari?
Let me know what you find out. Thanks!
