Cannot open domain renewal page

  Every single time I click on the link to “renew my domain” from my dashboard (I pay for a .com domain) I get an error telling me wordpress is unable to establish a connection with the server. This happens at my work, at home, and it’s very frustrating because my domain expires in one week@
