Cannot open Export .zip files

  Dear Sir/Madam,

  I used the Export tab to get a backup of my data on the http://www.oceanpearlbooks.wordpress.com site. However, I cannot open the .zip file. I have tried opening it with various programs: word, adobe, photo viewer. The link sent to my email is as follows:
