cannot open my website

i have a wordpress website which i have had quite a bit of trouble with ( mainly domain names i choose that turn out to be very very similar to others that are already being used by others )
i recently changed the name to ———supastore.com ( from ——- superstore.com ) i checked google , no one was using ——– supastore.com so i paid to have the website name changed , i then find out someone was using , —– supa store ( a space ) and was all over google .
i mistakenly told my host to stop hosting the site , they did and now i cannot get into my site at all .
the site / store has 10,000 product uploads that i do not want to lose .
how can i get into my site please , any advice ??
i do not want to ask my host to start hosting it again , they have been so helpful in the past , i really would be ashamed to ask for more help .
i want to register a new domain name for this site , get it hosted and start marketing it , thanks don rees -
