I’m having the same issue right now. It seems all german blogs (which redirect to the wordpress.de domain) are affected by this issue. I suppose something’s wrong with the wordpress server and/or domain configuration.
All we can do is wait or try to contact someone from the wordpress.com team.

Soweit ich das überblicken kann betrifft es nur deutsche Blogs- eventuell ist unser Server down, kann meinen Blog auch nicht öffnen:

dickbauchhase, kannst du vielleicht die admins kontaktieren? ich finde keine e-mail adresse oder sonstiges.. lande immer in den foren.

I’m a volunteer so cannot help you all. But I have added a modlook tag so staff will see this thread and have notified them of this problem.

Gedankenflimmer: bis jetzt habe ich auch noch nichts gefunden, arbeite aber dran. 1tess hat ja schon einen guten Anfang gemacht undich hoffe das sich dieses Problem bald behebt- das Gute daran ist das wir nicht alleine da stehen also liegt es nicht an uns ;-)

If your site is still redirecting, re-saving your primary domain settings under Store > Domains should get things working again.
