Cannot open zip (Error code: 21)- Demo Content Install

    I am trying to intall the demo content of a premium wordpress theme after successful install, it is showing Cannot open zip (Error code: 21) every time

    I have increase php server speed for smooth import but still not working.

    Can anyone please help me with it is urgent

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

    Can you tell us which site you downloaded the premium theme from? If you got it from Themeforest, you can follow the instructions here.

    Also, can you unzip the file on your computer to check if it contains more than the theme?

    Some sites let you download the theme with other files (like logo and other graphics). You would need to unzip the file on your computer and grab the theme file inside it.

    If you’re not sure, you can upload the theme zip file to your media library and let us know. We can check it on our end to confirm.
