Cannot paste text from word document into my posts

  For the first time ever since 2009 I am unable to copy and paste text from a WORD document into my posts. Why is this happening all of a sudden?

  Staff have changed the editor again. That is a known issue https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/paste-text-broken-visual-editor?replies=9 You may be able to paste when using the Text Edit view as a work around. Using paste as text Visual editor Row 2 icon #5 removes all formatting and spacing.

  I dont have the slightest idea what you are talking about. I see how to get into TEXT EDIT where you see html but after that you lost me.
