Cannot pay

    Hello! Could you please help me to understand why I am not able to pay for the plan? It shows two different messages. 1) the card is incorrect 2)card is declined

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

    Those error messages are coming from your bank. You would need to contact them to see why you’re not able to process the payment on the upgrade you want to purchase. Since the errors are from your bank, there’s nothing we can do on our end to change that so reach out to your bank or credit card provider and they can clear that up.

    Hello. Yes, there is a bigger issue I believe. I tried to pay from 4 different banks and non of them allowed the payment. Could you suggest if the problem might be that the banks are Russian? Thanks in advance

  • Hi @u0999407, I wonder if there’s an issue with the browser, since the attempts we see all appear to be from the same card. Could you try the other card with a different browser?
