Cannot permanently delete site because of theme

Hello,
I’m unable to delete my site permanently due to a premium theme that I cannot seem to remove. Can someone please advise on a way around this issue.

A premium theme should be transferred to another blog or removed from blog. It can’t be deleted along with site.
Only staff can remove the theme for you.

Once the theme is removed, you can delete the site.Hope this helps!

I can remove the theme for you, but you own the theme indefinitely – so I would recommend you to set your site to private in case you ever want to use the theme again for another site.
Otherwise, I’d be happy to remove the theme for you so you can proceed with the deletion of the site.

I don’t think I will be using the theme or the site again. Actually, the theme is no longer supported. I would appreciate if you can go ahead and the remove the theme so I can proceed with deleting the site.

Sure thing. :) I’ve removed the Premium theme from your account and you’ll now be able to permanently delete the site.
