    Hi Judy:

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble! It sounds like the issue here is that you have two WordPress.com accounts.

    1. Username judylhines111 which is the account you’re logged into now and are using to post to the forums but does not own any sites.
    2. The user who owns the site judylou.blog – which is not judylhines111.

WordPress.com accounts are tied to an unique email address, so this other account would be using a different email address from the Gmail address you’re using for judylhines111.

If you have another email address, you should log into that instead. Go here and click “log out” and log back in using your other email address:

    https://wordpress.com/me

If you don’t have access to that email anymore, since the account that owns that site had a renewal purchase in January, I would highly recommend using the account recovery form to help you regain access to that other account.

If you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account (you can find that on your bank statement), you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

    https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

Just fill out as much information as you have including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

You can read more about what the account recovery process entails here:

    https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

Let us know if you have trouble and we’ll be happy to help!
