  First, log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then take another look.

  If that does not recover those modules, go to the screen options tab at upper right on the editor page and make sure that those modules are selected for display. Also, make sure that things are set for “2” column. If it isn’t set for 2-column, then all of the modules will end up below the text box in the editor.
