Cannot post or save blogpost

WordPress says it cannot post or save the blog post I just wrote. I’ve already tried deleting the draft that was autosaved just a few minutes ago and copy/pasting the blog post into a new post twice, but I when I click save it says: cannot save this blog post and when I click schedule it says it cannot publish the blog post.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Sometimes it’s just browser issues that causes such unusual problems. You can try clearing browser cache by following this document.
Close the browser once you clear the cache. Open a new browser and try to login.Let me know if you need further help.

Which is the post you are trying to publish or save? I can see one post today titled “What I eat in a week”.
Sometime’s there are posting/saving problems because of browser issues, you can try to clear your cache and cookies using these instructions:
Try to post/save again – let me know how you get on.

That post was already published. I’m trying to get a post scheduled for tomorrow titled Skincare brands I love.

I refreshed my page and all of a sudden there are two saved drafts and 2 schedule posts and one trashed blog post. Think it was a WordPress glitch afterall, because I hadn’t even gotten round to doing anything that was suggested on the page you provided. Thanks for your help!

Yes, a Force Refresh sometimes does a quick job too.
