Cannot post to my blog

  Hello, my name is Julia Bitler. My website is http://www.julesofsunshine.com
  I think that my website was hacked into a few weeks ago, and it messed up a lot of things, but I got it back and working, however, now it won’t let me publish a blog post. And, anytime I type in the address on computers, it says that the site has inappropriate information on it, and it is blocked. Please help me get this figured out, so I can go back to blogging and knowing that my site is secure and safe from hackers.
