cannot post to my site

    Hi I am having trouble accessing the customize tab for my website. It is also not letting me post anything t my site through my dashboard. How do I solve this?

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. Your site’s connection to your WordPress.com account via the Jetpack plugin allows you to manage certain aspects of the site from our end, but we have no control over or access to your site’s Customizer, nor any other part of WP-Admin.

    Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using and should be able to help you troubleshoot what’s causing this:
