Cannot Preview or Press Articles From Since Converting to Dot Com
-
Yesterday I was using WordPress as LennoxTutoring.wordpress.com, and was able to press articles without incident.
Today I paid WordPress $18 to convert to LennoxTutoring.com, and cannot press a thing. I’m using the online version of WordPress, and I keep getting the same error message over and again,
“This is somewhat embarrassing, isn’t it?”
Has anyone else experience this? How was it resolved?
Many kind thanks in advance.
Joseph

I wouldn’t have e-mailed you had I not tried all the standard suggestions.

IQ 168How about a real answer? It still doesn’t work. You have my phone number, and it will require less effort via phone contact than via repetative e-mail.
Thanks!

P.S. Part of the problem is indicated in this thread.
My domain is lennoxtutoring.com, and your computer has fished out “Blog url: http://lennoxtutoring.wordpress.com”
There was NO problem prior to paying WordPress $18 for the conversion to the dot com.

Only one logical explanation. The articles I’m attempting to press are being stored at http://www.lennoxtutoring.com
Your site is recognizing my account as lennoxtutoring.wordpress.com
Incoming connections to lennoxtutoring.wordpress.com are being directed to lennoxtutoring.com, however OUTGOING requests from lennoxtutoring.com are being bounced back, and hence your server cannot locate my file, which it believes is located at lennoxtutoring.wordpress.com
The problem is on your end. Should I write an article explaining how you might fix it? Oh, I forgot… I can’t press anything right now.

Looking at your screenshot, I see that the site address is a link to a post preview, which probably doesn’t exists. That’s why you get the error.
Next time when you preview a post, please try to hit the ‘save’ button before you click on “preview”.
Also make sure you are running the latest version of your browser.

The “Save Draft” is the button I hit about 20 times just prior to pressing an article.
Logged out of WordPress. Cache cleared three times. Rebooted each time. Screenshot of Drafts after login.
A short trip back to the document generated,
The document is still there, even after (1) log out, (2) cache clean, (3) reboot. So if it’s still there after (1), (2), (3), then how can it not exist?
Browser upgraded. The problem is on your end. It’s OK if you admit that you don’t know what’s going on with your software on your site.

Interesting, just noted that I cannot edit any page on my site that is there. Does that mean the site is not there?

I took a look to your post and everything is working properly. Could you please try to clear your cache again using this guide?
Sorry for the inconvenience.
