  why i cant proceed to a plan

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  First you must create a free site, next you’ll be able to upgrade to a paid plan.

  Hi there,

  Are you trying to add a plan from https://wordpress.com/pricing/? If you click on a plan there, it should automatically take you to the process to create a site.

  If that’s not happening, can you tell us what’s happening instead?
