Cannot proceed with map domain upgrade: no DNS changing. IP addresses request

Yesterday I’ve purchased the “map an existing domain” upgrade, and after I tried to change dns on my domain register: register.it.
But the control panel accept changing only if DNS are associated with IP addresses.
Wich are the IP addresses?Thank you,

no is not working for me. I reset cache browser and retried just now but I see only the basic page publish on the host of domain register.

I reviewed your domain mapping. Everything is set up correctly. From where I am on the internet, it is working great. :)
Domain changes usually take several hours to fully take effect across the internet (and theoretically can take up to 72 hours). I’d recommend checking back in a few more hours and it should be working for you too.
If it’s still not working 24 hours from now, simply reply back and let us know. We’d be happy to investigate further.

I did changing custom DNS for email setting; thank you.
but not working yet, I think have to wait for again to take effect over internet, like yesterday… isn’t true?

Yes, the custom email DNS can take up to 72 hours to fully propagate.
Let me know if you still have trouble after that time period.

Hi, in these days I’ve got several trouble with email, so I’ve contacted register support and they reply me the email will don’t work because I’ve changed DNS, even if I changed the DNS for mail (I’ve insert MX records on WordPress)
How can I do? :(

Hi there, did your registrar explain why they said the MX records won’t work?
These are the records I see on your domain currently:
MX 10 mail.register.it. MX 10 massaggiocaliforniano.net. MX 10 pop.massaggiocaliforniano.net.Did you ask your registrar if these are correct?
Usually, in addition to one or more MX records, your email host needs to provide an A record or CNAME record as well, as described here.
You may want to try speaking with an advanced support person at your registrar who is familiar with setting up mail records, as it sounds like the person you spoke with may not be fully acquainted with the process. -

It’s not depend on which records I’ve set on WP.The records I’ve set on my registrar are:
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.comRecords I’ve set on WP are the same you wrote above, and before there was in addition CNAME autodiscover, last week I deleted to try change something, but nothing changed.
The strange thing is that webmail work. When I login with web browser in my webmail in the registrar site, I can read incoming mail and send.
So I’ve asked that too, and support said me don’t know why work: webmail service shouldn’t be off and maybe soon will not work anymore.

For POP mail setup in your email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.), your provider says you can always use pop.register.it for your incoming mail server. You can see that here, in step 3:

Please try also deleting these two records:

If your email host really doesn’t support having your website on a different host but your email with them, you may want to find another email provider that is comfortable with this setup. We recommend Zoho Mail Lite – it’s free and fairly easy to set up.
