Cannot process refund

I purchased the year pro upgrade but i realized I didnt need it. Then, I asked for a refund numerous times through the store tab. The notification said that a confirmation e mail would be sent to me that a refund had been processed but I never received anything stating I had been refunded. Please e mail me back. Thank you!

Please check your email client spam/junk filter and I’ll flag this thread for Staff attention. You can subscribe to the RSS Feed in the sidebar of this thread so you will be alerted when Staff post into it to help you.

We had an issue with the confirmation emails when you originally requested it, but that has been fixed now.
You can cancel your Value Bundle and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please go to the Store -> My Upgrades section of your dashboard, where you’ll find the Bundle in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.
