Cannot Publicize to Facebook Anymore

Today when I published a new post, it did not post to Facebook anymore like it has for the last several years. I posted a week ago just fine. I have not changed any settings and it still posted to Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn. I disconnected from Facebook in the Sharing section of WP and then re-connected but it still won’t post to Facebook. Oddly, even if I use the url for the new post and manually type it in, it also won’t show a preview for my new post.

Please disconnect from Facebook again in My Site ->Sharing, and then also disconnect WordPress in your Facebook settings, here:
https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
Then clear your browser cache and cookies, log back into Facebook and WordPress.com, and make the connection again.
Note that you’ll have to wait until your next post to check if it works after doing this – once a post has been published it’s not possible to trigger Publicize a second time for that post.

If the preview is not showing on Facebook, that’s a problem on their end. Please try pasting the link into their debugger, here:
https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/
Click Debug and then click Scrape Again to force Facebook to fetch a new preview for that link.
