Cannot publish

I have tried for 24 hours to publish an article but I get a message telling me about an uxpected error. Who can help? I have cleared the cache as if this has any bearing on anything! I keep going told rubbish. Who can solve this issue? Who can help me?

I have been unable to publish on my blog site. I get a so who g went wrong picture. I cannot show you as I cannot add it to this written comments. I need help as this is not a problem of my making. It is word press’s problem. Can anyone help me.

Ok, first please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/
If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

I have cleared history for all time on Safari. Everything is up to date in settings. I cannot update anymore. Safari works for everything else I use as does google chrome. I don not understand this 2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled. I have an I pad it does what it does. If all the other websites I use work then why not word press? I am still having trouble nothing has changed. I cannot even edit on word press.

If I cut and paste website on another search engine like google chrome the button allowing me to publish is missing. The something us wrong message has gone, now it is blank and a WordPress logo

Your site is not messed up. The publish button should not be on that page. But the editor picture you showed suggests you’ve somehow blocked JavaScript. Especially if you see the exact same thing in Chrome.
Do you have any new apps that could be doing that, possibly a security app?
If you have access to another device, like a desktop or laptop or a phone, do you see the same blank screen there?
