Cannot publish posts today

I am not able to publish posts today. After I hit the “publish” button, it just times out. It does not matter whether I am using Chrome or Firefox. I know it is not my server, either, because every other web page is loading fine.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Do not log-in on the front page of WordPress.com. Do not create posts here > http://wordpress.com/#!/post/
Instead I recommend that you ONLY log-in directly you your own blog and ONLY create posts and edit them here > Dashboard > Posts > Add New
If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
Note: If you are using an IE9 browser in compatibility mode that makes it render as IE7 and IE7 is not supported. To disable see > http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html
If you are, please do these four things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
2. Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/
3. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
4. Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
If you are not successful let us know which browser (and version of it) you’re using and post any error reports you get.

You may be able to recover an earlier post revision. Go to Posts > All Posts, hover over the title of the post, click Edit and check the Post Revisions module for previous saved versions of the post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-revisions/
If you’re not seeing the Revisions module while on the editor screen, click Screen Options (top right corner of your Admin page) http://en.support.wordpress.com/screen-options/ to activate it. Then select the post and page modules to include them. http://en.support.wordpress.com/modules/#list-of-modules Then you ought to be able to go here > Dashboard > All Posts > Posts and locate the post and recover it from post revisions.
If you cannot locate the post for locating and restoring a post revision, and it’s not in your Trash folder http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/ then you will not be able to recover it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/#restoring-from-trash
Did you create your post on the dashboard of your own blog?
Dashboard > Posts > All Posts > Add NewOr did you create your post on the front page of WordPress.com?

I’d love for the broken options to be disabled, or, maybe the easiest thing, the editor to “block” if it cannot save drafts.
The problem is that it’s saving a billion of drafts as you type and so it’s not really possible to notice that NO autosave ever worked simply because it stays “saving” when you click on publish.Really annoying to lose half an hour of preparing a post due some AJAX chaos.
And no, I won’t switch to another URL or change browser or anything. It’s a server side failure, period. -

So that will be the only way to post from now on? -
I have changed browsers, switched to HTTPS, and followed the tips above and still cannot preview or post from the editor – – it happened all at once – – I asked if I had violated Terms of Service or something and am waiting on an answer to that.
In the meantime, I discovered that I can post from what some are calling the front page of wordpress I guess – – the thing that gives a choice of text, photos and what have you.
Does it stand to reason that if my blog was suspended, I wouldn’t be able to see it or to post by any means to it at all?
I am a little confused this morning because I do not think I have done anything offensive or wrong – – of course, what do I know?

Is it alright to go ahead and post with that other device or should I wait on some kind of word from somebody?
