Cannot publish site

  When I click on Launch Site in the settings menu it takes FOREVER to do that. I left my PC for 20 minutes, and it is still on a blue screen… I do not know if this is an error or something, but PLEASE make my site publicly visible. My PC is not problem, it runs perfectly fine, there is an error with the site. I don’t use plugins or anything, I just created it, like an hour ago. PLEASE HELP!! thank you for your time :)
