Yes with the same user name. When I want to map my domain and go to the purchasing process, adding all the details and submitting the error appears.

I checked your account and your ability to purchase upgrades has indeed been disabled and you should’ve received a notification in your dashboard in regards to this. We cannot assist you in the forums but click on the notification in your dashboard to reach our payments staff and they will address this issue with you.
