cannot purchase custom email

    On my primary site, the button for ’email’ under ‘upgrades’ is not visible. I am trying to create a custom email address

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Happy to help you with this.

    It looks like smarttereachday.com is hosted with Hostgator and connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack, so the hosting wouldn’t be purchased and applied with WordPress.com – instead it could be purchased with Hostgator.

    It is possible to migrate the site from Hostgator to WordPress, and then purchase email and it just so happens that we have an easy-to-use migration plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/), which you can use to migrate your site to WordPress.com.

    Please note that this feature is available on the WordPress.com Business plan.

    This way, everything would be kept under one roof for the site and the email.
