Cannot purchase Guided Trasfer package

  Hi! I have a wordpress.com blog (simplyilka.com) and I recently started a wordpress.org writer’s page (ilkaemig.com). It has different domain names but I connected the two sites using Jetpack.

  I now want to transfer my blog from .com to self hosting. I am using bluehost. I don’t trust myself in doing this so I wanted to purchase the Guided Transfer. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to because they tell me that I own already some of the features including in the package.

  How can I get help transferring my blog to self hosting?

  Hey there! It looks like your site uses Custom Fonts, which are not transferable. If you clear your font customizations, you’ll be able to purchase the transfer. Let us know if you need help with that! :)
