Cannot purchase Offsite Redirect

  Hello,

  I purchased the ‘Offsite Redirect’ for $13 last year. Now I wanted to renew the redirect but when I tried to purchase it, I was told that the payment did not work.

  I have a free wordpress account. Do I need another one to do the offsite redirect now?

  Can you please tell me how to solve the problem?

  It looks like the upgrade expired and was removed from your account.

  What happens if you try to purchase it anew, rather than renew the old upgrade?

  Thanks for your reply. I used this link https://wordpress.com/domains/add/site-redirect/. I can enter the URL I want my blog to be forwarded to but when I enter my credit card details, it tells me that it is invalid (which is not possible as I was able to make a different purchase with it).

  It looks like your bank is declining the transaction. You will need to contact their customer service department and ask them why that is.
