Cannot purchase site redirect as error

  Hi – I am receiving the following error when trying to set up a site redirect:

  Your blog cannot be redirected to that URL. Please make sure the URL is valid.

  I am trying to redirect to http://www.runworkbreathelive.com which is a valid URL.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have not used the site redirect – I have the instructions below, maybe you can see something that will help – sometimes the internet can be very sensitive, maybe that is what is happening

  I checked the support before I posted. There is no specifics within support on error messages or why they occur.

  The other site is live.

  OK – I have flagged this for the staff to help you –

  please have patience – the staff check the forum on a regular basis – the staff work the problems from oldest to newest

  Hi again,

  It looks like there’s a glitch in the system, which we are investigating.

  In the meantime, I’ve just sent you a payment request directly, and once that’s processed, I can add the Site Redirect for you manually.
