cannot purchase Unlimited Premium Themes with My Word Press Premium Account

  Just purchased Word Press Premium for $99 and am trying to purchase Unlimited Premium Themes for $120. It will not allow this. Why?
  It will only allow a purchase upgrade to Business for $199 or a purchase of individual Premium Themes.

  It still will not let me purchase.
