  I have several WP sites, but to renew them, update my payment information, and so on, is to no avail and leads to an absolute dead end.

  Can you please give the addresses of the sites you need help with? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites or upgrades with us, and we cannot help you without knowing which sites you’re referring to.
