Cannot reach my site, domain, blog… to edit.

    Had wonderful WordPress site two-three years ago. Stopped using it. Now I am writing again. Paid $96 for new site, same name. Could not edit. Paid $300 – $96 for blog site. Cannot reach it, cannot edit. cannot do anything. Please help.
