Cannot reached my account

  Hello.
  I cannot reach my account linked other e-mail. SMS messages cannot reach to me and E-Mail links forward to main page. How can I solve this problem?

  wordpress.com account. I have one account for used long time and I saw this service is active in the last April. Although, I cannot reach it. SMS recovery function is inactive.
