Cannot read emails sent to us through website

    Hi there!
    We have section on our webpage where people can send us emails directly through the site. We are receiving the notifications (via email) notifying us that people are reaching out through our ‘Contact Us’ section on our site however, we cannot actually view what they have written in the email. It only sends us their email address and subject line.

    How can we view what they have sent us?
    PLEASE HELP!
    Its been going on for months.
