Cannot recall e-mail address for account / username

Dear Happiness Engineer,
I cannot recall which e-mail address I have used to register the username @jmslbam. Somehow a long time ago (2007/2008?) I have mixed up 2 accounts.
All my correct e-mail addresses have been connected to the username @rinusspijk via Gravatar. Addresses like [redacted] and some other personal addresses.
I’m currently busy to get the domain jmslbam.nl up again to check if any confirmations e-mail are send there to the catch-all account.The issue here is, that upcoming WordCamp Antwerpen 2016 I will be speaking and for the Bio my Gravatar username jmslbam will be used, but I cannot change the Avatar there because I cannot access it.
The whole thing is, because I don’t know the e-mail address and I also don’t have any Proof of Ownership I cannot sumbit the recovery form. Those are probably located in that lost e-mail address …
I do have almost every jmslbam account around the web to verify my identity with. From Twitter to Facebook / wordpress.org. Will that help?
Is there a way you can help me recover my account?
