Cannot receive email at my domain address

  I cannot get email at my email address they set me up with at go daddy. They told me it was because somehow my wordpress site was linked to it so I need to go into “store, domains” and update the MX records. I’ve followed your instructions on the site to get to the screen to edit but there is no option to edit Email/DNS, it is blacked out saying N/A.

  I own shadedhues.com. I have an email “(email visible only to moderators and staff) that I got when I bought the site from Godaddy. I NEED to use that email and right now I cannot receive any email. Go daddy says I have to do what I just said I need to update mx records on wordpress, but wordpress doesn’t allow me to. PLEASE HELP!

  Not sure what is happening – but shadedhues.com will not resolve to anything, some info suggests that you have set your name servers to point to here but other info says can’t find name servers info.

  Are you also forwarding the domain to WordPress.COM, are you forwarding and masking?

  There is no domain mapping so you can’t edit DNS records –

  You need to have domain mapping to edit DNS records or to have the URL shadedhues.com work correctly. Domain forwarding will not work correctly
