Cannot receive email notification

Hi
I do not seem to receive email notification through the Contact Form, whereby visitor fill in their details in some message boxes on my WordPress site, but I can view them on the admin site under Feedback.
I have added my email address in the Contact Form.Can anyone advise?

Hi there,
When a user submits your contact form, it will be emailed to the author of the post/page (to the email address that they have on file for their WordPress.com account), and the subject line will be the title of your post. If you wish, you can change both the recipient and the email subject of your emails by clicking the “Settings” tab. Separate recipient emails with a comma to send to multiple recipients

but I can view them on the admin site under Feedback.
If the messages are being displayed in Feedback, that means the contact form is working correctly. Can you check to see whether the emails are in your spam folder?
If you are unable to find them there, please let me know.

Thanks for checking the spam folders. I’ve been looking this and here is what I have found:
Messages from your contact form are being submitted as I can see several in your Bin here:

I sent a test message through the content form around 30 mins ago. Our system shows an email notification was successfully sent to the second address, but not the email address on your Account Settings page. I can see your email provider has bounced several of our emails back.
For the second address, please try adding (email visible only to moderators and staff) to your address book in case WordPress.com emails are being filtered.
Once you’ve done that, I’ll be happy to send another test message so you can see if it comes through.
