cannot receive sms verification code

  Hi.. i can’t receive sms verification code for my wordpress because my phone number is expired so i do not use that number again, but… i forgot that i have activated the two step verification with that number, so now i can never receive the code via sms and cannot login to my wordpress… i’ve searched on google how to deal with this problem, but nothing helped… so please if anyone can help, that will very appreciated.. (and please forgive my bad english)
