cannot recover account

The recovery process does not recognize receipt transaction #80365650 (dated May 18, 2023 and American Express Transaction ID: CH_3N9FXDAEUZOIBR941JQHPEBW)
When I try to log in to my account, the system says I have no accounts. That also means that I get no support … which I need right now. In the past, support has been quick, accurate, and awesome.
As you can see by the receipt transaction #80365650 (dated May 18, 2023 and American Express Transaction ID: CH_3N9FXDAEUZOIBR941JQHPEBW) I have a business account. Using that business account, I created 411ForWellness.com. It is hosted by you and currently works and allows me to edit the site as well create and delete posts.
I think there may be some confusion because, for years now, I have had a separate premium account (nassaudirectives.com). There is also a record of a free account which I need to delete since I no longer have that domain. (wineindustryinsight.com)
I plan to keep both premium accounts for as long as I can access them.
Please help.
