  We are getting contradictory statements from Site Profiler:
  This site is using WordPress.com to manage the domain, but it’s hosted elsewhere
  
  but at Account recovery form after giving information we get:
  Sorry but the website you gave does not exist on WordPress.com. Is it a self-hosted WordPress.org website?
  
  This is an institutional site and worker that was managing is not available. We are providing transaction ID.
