Cannot redirect from old url

  I changed my blog name and then went to purchase site redirect but it will only display my new url so I cannot redirect from my old url. I am pretty sure I did not tick the box to discard my old url but that seems to be what happened. Any help?

  Its OK I think I can survive without the redirect. I have redirected one of my other blogs and I find it a bit messy dashboard wise. Thanks anyway :)
