Cannot redirect to new blog address

    Hi
    I have just changed the url of my blog to townmouseinthecountry.wordpress.com. Previously it was bottomchapel.wordpress.com. I now want to pay for redirection and I have followed instructions on how to do this. However, the message I get asks for the new URL for townmouseinthecountry (the new one) not bottomchapel, the old url. It’s as though I should have done the redirection before the name change but this wasn’t an option. Can anyone help please?
