Cannot register free domain – why?

I am trying to create my free domain [step 4/5] but no option is availed in the ‘Give your blog an address’ page. Only paid options are available. Went through all the options and keep getting stuck on this page. Is there any hope?

Thank you. I have tried the link and still get to the same screen. I have made screenshots but I do not see where I can attach it to send it to you. I will try to explain it here.
I get to the ‘Give your blog an address’ page [step 4/5] and I get two boxes that wants me to buy a domain: 1. zodiacsignscompatibility.blog and 2. zodiacsympathy.com]. [the name I want is zodiacsignscompatibility.wordpress.com]
below that there is the free option that only gives me:
zodiacsignscompatibility.video.blog !!!and this one is free and then a load of useless options that is paid only.Where is the free options wordpress used to have to create a free blog? It just seem so bloated and steering you to HAVE to buy a domain.
Could you PLEASE assist and my thanks indeed :-)

zodiacsignscompatibility.video.blog is the offer of a free blog. You’re probably offered that because https://zodiacsignscompatibility.wordpress.com/ already exists. (Did you create that back in 2010 or does it belong to someone else?) starting again (clearing cache,cookies, even with a different browser if possible) and this time start by clicking on “Business” or “Professional” rather than “Blog” and you may well be offered a free address ending in .wordpress.com. Then you may have to continue to “fine tune” the offered address till you’ve got a similar address that you’re happy with.
