Cannot remember how to get in so I can move blog

    Hi. I will attach the em I received from wordpress.org. My live site is upstrap-pro.com hosted on the MIVA platform with the domain on pair.com. I have not posted for 6 years as I had an accident, lost my leg and some cognitive horsepower. I want to move the blog or export the blog to my new site journeycamera.com. I can’t understand much of this anymore and the new site is on squarespace which is about the only thing I can figure out.
    Here is what wordpress.org said.

    I see that upstrap-pro.com is not hosted on WordPress.com (you can check it here https://securitytrails.com/domain/upstrap-pro.com/dns. The nameservers or A records don’t belong to WordPress.com). You’re using the WordPress.org platform (which has a different structure) hosted on another host service.

    Usually, to access a WordPress.org site you need to log in to something like http://upstrap-pro.com/wp-login.php. If it don’t remember your credentials, I recommend that you contact your host support or send your question to https://wordpress.org/support/ for help.

    I’m really sorry to hear about your accident.

    What you just copied us is correct, the site is not and has never been hosted on WordPress.com (where you are now) so we won’t be able to help you here.

    You’ll want to reach out directly to your site’s host directly or ask for help on the WordPress.org forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
