Cannot Remove A Contributor

  Hello,
  Im trying to remove a Contributor from my wordpress however when I try to remove it i get the following error.

  “Remove Users from Site
  You have specified this user for removal:

  ID #20451499: whittleseastreetpride Sorry, you are not allowed to remove this user.
  There are no valid users selected for removal.”

  I was wondering if it was possible to access the database and drop the row from the database to remove him from the site unless you have any other suggestions.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Just to confirm you contributor is from the site whittleseastreetpride.wordpress.com
  You can then, remove him by going to your Dashboard and Navigating to People at the bottom left of your screen, here is the guide to help you better with it Removing Users
