Cannot remove categories in new WordPress website format

    I have created a new WordPress account for free and I accidentally made a category and put it in the wrong group, but I can’t move or delete that category. The new site doesn’t appear to give me any option.

    Can you show me how to do this. All the instructional videos I’ve found relate to the old WordPress website format.
