Cannot remove "contact us" sticky footer

  A sticky footer with “contact us” and arrows that directs the user back to the top of the page has appeared seemingly out of nowhere on my website. I want to remove this footer as I already have another sticky footer I created with my contact information. I use the Ocean theme and thought it may have come from updating the theme, but I am not sure. I never purposely updated my these as that has caused problems in the past. I can edit the sticky footer through the customize theme option under “appearance” on my dashboard, but I cannot remove it. Let me know what you think!
