Cannot remove header picture

  How do I delete the header picture from my page? I switched themes and the header picture from a previous style transferred. I have deleted the image from the media library and turned off the image in the header customizer, but it still shows up. The blog is: http://tracibirch.wordpress.com/

  If it’s truly deleted from your media library then it cannot be displayed on the blog. Clear your browser cache please http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

  Ok so I tried that and it’s still there. Clearing the cache updated other aspects, but the header picture is still there. Any other ideas?
