Cannot remove quote mark from block quote

  Hello,
  I am VERY new at this:

  I am trying to remove the large opening quote mark that accompanies the

  tag, but cannot find it anywhere in the CSS. Does anyone know how I can remove this hideous-looking thing?

  PS: I am a former newspaper designer, so having difficulty translating print layout into web layout… code gives me a rash. (sigh)
