  Cannot find how to remove stock photo (showing hamburger) & menu text

  Have tried & tried, butI cannot remove stock photo & text
  (It is either Gibbs or Rockfield Theme; pix of a hamburger followed by menu text. How do I remove all that & then insert my own pix?!!!!!
