CANNOT RENEW ACCOUNT. CANNOT CLICK ON DOMAIN NAME!! ABOUT TO EXPIRE!!!

  ARE YOU GOING TO RENEW MY ACCOUNT????? I have given you permission to charge the card I just put on the site. I have told countless of your people that the site DOES NOT allow me to click on the domain name and therefore I cannot access the RENEW page!! Isn’t ANYONE going to help me?? My account is due to expire!!!

  Hello, WordPress.com staff replied to you in your other thread that you must log into the correct account to renew.

  Please see @kokkieh’s reply at https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/yearly-payment-2/#post-3672788 and follow his advice and log in as bowwowbasics

  First you must log out of this account at https://wordpress.com/me (click on the Log Out button on the left side) and then visit the Log In page at https://wordpress.com/log-in If you have access to the email address associated with that account, you can either reset the password by clicking on the Lost Password link there or send yourself an email with a one-time log-in link by clicking on the “Email me a login link”.

  If you are not able to log in to the correct account, you’ll need to recover your account following the support guide at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  If you need further help with this, please only post at https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/yearly-payment-2/ instead of opening new forum threads. Thanks.
