Cannot Renew Domain

  Dear,
  I’ve tried many times to renew my domain : otoisamco.com for 18USD but I’ve received “faile to process”.
  I don’t know what is the problem?
  Please help.

  Please contact your credit card company to ask them if they are blocking the transaction from WordPress.com. This can happen even if your credit card is working for other purchases.

  If that doesn’t resolve the problem for you, let me know and I can keep helping you with that!
